About Us
In 2005, the L.I.F.E. (Learning Institute of Enrichment) and Discovery, Inc. was established to fill the need for academic enrichment for middle and high school students. It was later renamed to the Asian American Center of Frederick (AACF) to fill the unmet needs of the Asian American community. Today, we serve all immigrants and minorities, welcome all, and provide services and programs to everyone.
The Asian American Center of Frederick is dedicated to Enhancing, Empowering, and Enriching the lives of immigrants and minorities in our community. Through our unwavering commitment, we strive to eliminate barriers and promote access to essential information, services, and benefits. By fostering partnerships between community organizations, public agencies, and businesses, we aim to create synergy and advocate for equity on regional, state, and federal levels. Our programs address social determinants of health and provide individuals with the necessary tools and resources needed to succeed.
