AACF in partnership with the Frederick Regional Health System graduated its first cohort of 12 Community Health Workers(CHWs) this past summer. This certificate-based training program is the first of its kind inFrederick County. CHWs are frontline public health workers with a strong understanding of the communities they serve. AACF is proud of being a longtime champion for this newly formed program and committed to strengthening its impact.
