AACF programs focuses on are dedicated to address social determinants of health from an eco-systemic approach. Therefore, there are basic health education and outreach activities, specialized cross-cultural training, language access, and a multifaceted network of program designs. These programs collaborate with other health and human entities such as Citizenship and English as Second Language, Workforce Services, Transportation, Housing and Education, etc., and promote community asset to build living full, healthy lives.
